About Our Hair Salon
Welcome to Workshop Salon, located at 522 Beatty St, in the beautiful Bowman heritage Building block, in Vancouver, Crosstown.
In such a diverse and community-driven neighbourhood, Franco Federico found the inspiration he needed to bring his own extensive experience and passion to the Vancouver hair scene back in May 2012. Franco along with his wife Victoria, who have both been long-time pillars within the Vancouver hair and beauty industry, brought their own individual styles and expressions together to establish and evolve a much-needed space, which many felt was essential to the growth of the Vancouver hair community. The Federicos not only employ and educate amazing stylists, they also have created a platform for stylists to expand upon their own skills; fine-tuning their goals while always having a network of motivational and trustworthy individuals to rely on.
We have worked hard to create an atmosphere where you can take a load off, be inspired by our warmth, supportive, and inclusive vibes; immersing yourself in a unique mosaic of cultures that can help you to determine or refine your own individual style. No matter age, culture or gender, you will be treated as an equal; a part of our family.
Since opening our doors, we have overcome and thrived through times of uncertainty and economic hardship. We have been able to do this not only through determination and hard work of our staff, but with the foundation of family and friends, who have not only been there to support but also uplift and motivate us. The Federico Family is vast and an example that many could learn from. From real estate to advertising, our family has given input and dedicated their time to a joint endeavor that benefits anyone who wants to come along on our journey.
Situated in the historical "Bowman Block", originally built in 1906, our Vancouver hair salon offers the prestige, comfort and beauty of New York style living. We hope to see you soon and share with you in the happiness that only self-care and fresh-cut can create.
