PREPARING FOR YOUR VISIT TO WORKSHOP SALON

Arrive no earlier than five minutes before your booked appointment and please text/call your stylist or the salon at 604-374-0299 to let us know you are here. Designated waiting areas will no longer be available. You will be asked to wait outside until the Front Desk or stylist notifies you.

Expect to be wearing a mask in the salon at ALL TIMES (Please inform your stylist or the salon if you can't wear a mask for medical reasons). You will be provided a 3 ply mask as you arrived that will be included in our Sanitation Fee $4. Guests not wearing a mask will not be permitted into the salon.

Please use hand-sanitizer provided or wash hands.

Attend appointments alone - Friends, family, children and/or pets will be asked to stay at home.

Avoid bringing in jackets and other personal items into the salon, if possible.

For chemical consultations, Your stylist will contact you 24-48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to provide a virtual complimentary consultation.

ARRIVING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

You will be asked if you are not feeling well and will be required to complete our questionnaire.

You will have your temperature taken using a contactless infrared thermometer. (Any client or staff member with a temperature above 99°F/37° will be sent home and advised to seek medical attention.) The guest will have their appointment canceled and welcome to rebook when their symptoms no longer exist.

Please wear a mask in the salon at all times. We will provide you with your mask for your appointment upon your arrival. Guests not wearing a mask will not be permitted into the salon.

Please disinfect your hands using hand sanitizer provided. You will be asked to disinfect your hands upon arrival, after using the washroom and upon check out.

Outside food and beverages will not be permitted in the salon. Water bottles will be offered during your appointment.

Our refreshment service and magazine offering are temporary unavailable.

DURING & AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT @ Workshop Salon

Please wear a mask in the salon at all times. You will be provided a mask upon your arrival. Guests not wearing a mask will not be permitted into the salon.

GOWNS AND CAPES ARE WASHED AFTER EVERY APPOINTMENT, a freshly laundered cape or gown will be provided for each guest.

DURING YOUR SHAMPOO, CONVERSATION WILL BE KEPT TO A MINIMUM.

The station will be disinfected for each guest. Your stylist will disinfect all tools and sanitize the station after each guest.
