Gio began his specialized hairdressing career at Toni&Guy London. He completed his basic and advanced training in cutting and styling. He then furthered his education and complete Toni&Guy teaching accreditation at Toni&Guy Academy in New York. Throughout his 20 year career, he’s been involved in hair shows, charity fundraisers, and photo shoots that exhibited his work. Including a team nomination for the Contessa Awards. Considered one of Vancouver’s top curly hair specialists and Precision Cutting. He prides himself on providing a memorable experience with a high-end service to all his clients.

Since moving back to Vancouver have been looking for a hair stylist that could cut my wavy and curly hair. One of my friends recommended Rupy and I am so happy with my haircut! Rupy did an in depth consultation on my hair type, how I like to style it, as well as my curly hair routine. She gave me plenty of helpful advice on how to improve my hair maintenance without breaking my wallet or adding time to the routine. I look forward to getting my hair cut with Rupy again!

If i could give Mickey more than 5 stars i would!! My whole family has been going to him for years, he’s the best! During my whole appointment i feel so comfortable he explains each step and process, he helped my hair so much with the metal detox treatment, my hairs never looked or felt better. Always the best experience, Mickey is so talented he went above and beyond to make the results perfect He cut my curly/wavy hair and dyed it to exactly how i imagined it.

Franco has been my go-to for the past 16 years. He is absolutely one of the best in the lower mainland. Vicky is also great. They're both great people. The only downside is that they are so great it's nearly impossible to get a last minute appointment.

I have been going to Workshop Salon for the larger half of a decade. Victoria has been taking care of my hair for most of that time, and she is absolutely wondrous at what she does. She's taken care of two distinct hairstyles of mine (once short, now long), and I always come way excited about my hair. I have also seen Franco (whenever Victoria has been away), and not only is he a genius at his craft, but fantastic to have a genuine and fun conversation with. Mickey is amazing too! I've seen him a few times, and always know I'm in good hands whenever he is at his craft. If you're looking for a place or stylist that will make you flourish, this is it!

I always have a great experience getting my haircuts at this salon with Mickey. He pays careful attention to details and he helped me figure out the exact hairstyle I wanted. I normally struggle to describe the style I’d like but Mickey was very patient and willing to explain to me different options and make adjustments. I felt very comfortable and understood during the process and I was very satisfied with the results. He also provided styling tips for me and was a great conversationalist as well. I’m sure anyone would feel well taken care of with Mickey as their hairstylist!

Had a great hair coloring session with Mickey last week! His attention to detail, as well as detailed oriented care towards the colouring process was amazing, especially because Asian hair can be so finicky when it comes to getting a cut and getting colour done. I had full trust he was going to nail exactly what I wanted. He also took great care when it came to the cut itself and gave suggestions how to style my hair.
